Pour up to 40 g of water by 0:10 to saturate the coffee grounds completely.
0:10 - 0:40
Gently swirl the brewer to ensure all grounds are evenly hydrated. Then, let sit to bloom.
0:40 - 1:00
Pour up to 80 g total by 0:50. Wait until 1:00.
1:00 - 1:20
Pour up to 120 g total by 1:20. Gently swirl to level the coffee bed.
1:20 - ~2:00
Let the water completely drain through the coffee bed.
