Teriyaki Sauce
Ingredients
- 240 g sake | (1 cup)
- 120 g soy sauce | (0.5 cup)
- 120 g mirin | (0.5 cup)
- 64 g granulated sugar | (0.33 cup)
- 2 tsp cornstarch (optional)
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to a boil.
- Simmer for 30 min
- Optionally, thicken with cornstarch dissolved in enough water to make a slurry.
