75 mL Navy-strength rum | (2.5 oz)
150 mL POG | (5 oz)
30 mL cream of coconut | (1 oz)
5 drops [saline](/recipes/saline)

Garnish

nutmeg, freshly grated

Instructions

Shake over ice. Serve on the rocks. Garnish with a generous amount of freshly grated nutmeg.
