Ingredients

45 mL gin | (1.5 oz)
22.5 mL lemon juice | (0.75 oz)
15 ml applejack | (0.5 oz)
15 mL [grenadine](/recipes/grenadine) | (0.5 oz)
7.5 mL [rich gum syrup](/recipes/rich-gum-syrup) | (1.5 tsp)
3 drops [saline](/recipes/saline)
30 mL egg white (about 1 large egg's white) | (1 oz)

Instructions

Add all ingredients except the egg white to a mixing glass.
Add egg white, then immediately froth with an electric whisk until a uniform foam forms.
Transfer the mixture to a shaker filled with ice. Shake then strain into a chilled coupe glass.
