Pineapple Rum Sour
Ingredients
- 45 mL gold rum | (1.5 oz)
- 30 mL pineapple juice | (1 oz)
- 15 mL [Demerara syrup](/recipes/demerara-syrup) | (0.5 oz)
- 1.56 g citric acid | (0.25 tsp)
- 3 drops [saline](/recipes/saline)
Instructions
- Dissolve citric acid in rum. Add remaining ingredients and shake over ice.
