Nước Chấm (Vietnamese Dipping Sauce)
Ingredients
- 120 g hot water
- 50 g sugar
- 4 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 3 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced (not crushed or grated)
- 1 bird's eye chile, thinly sliced
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine water, sugar, fish sauce, and lime juice and mix until sugar has dissolved. Stir in garlic and chile. Set aside.
