Lime Cordial
Ingredients
- 250 g granulated sugar
- 250 g water, hot
- 50 g fresh lime juice
- 25 g citric acid
- 10 g lime peel, freshly grated
Instructions
- Combine all of the ingredients in a blender.
- Blend on medium speed for 30 seconds.
- Strain with a fine strainer.
- Bottle and refrigerate.
