Italian Piña Colada
Ingredients
- 60 mL white rum | (2 oz)
- 60 mL pineapple juice | (2 oz)
- 30 mL amaretto | (1 oz)
- 30 mL [cream of coconut](/recipes/coconut-mix) | (1 oz)
- 22.5 mL lime juice | (0.75 oz)
- 5 drops [saline](/recipes/saline)
- nutmeg, freshly grated
Instructions
- Shake over ice. Serve on the rocks. Garnish with a generous amount of freshly grated nutmeg.
