French Gimlet
Ingredients
- 60 mL gin | (2 oz)
- 15 mL [lime cordial](/recipes/lime-cordial) | (0.5 oz)
- 15 mL St-Germain | (0.5 oz)
- 2 drops [saline](/recipes/saline)
- dehydrated lime wheel
Instructions
- Stir over ice. Strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel.
Testing Notes
- Try 1/2 oz St-Germain - 3/4 was too much.
