Mix butter, sugar and milk until warm, not hot. Add marshmallows and heat until melted. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add Hershey bars, chocolate chips, and nuts. Stir until chocolate is dissolved. Pour into buttered 13 x 9 pan. Refrigerate until firm.
