Cat Grass

Instructions

1. Hydrate coconut coir with water by mixing. Set aside a small handful.
2. Sprinkle seeds in a dense, single layer over hydrated coir. Cover with the reserved coir.
3. Loosely cover with plastic wrap then place in a warm area, out of direct sunlight.
4. After 1-2 days, or until the sprouts appear, remove plastic wrap and move to a sunny location.
5. Water only when coir is dry.
6. Grass is ready when 3-4 inches tall.

Notes

• If mold begins to develop:
  • Allow coir to dry out completely before watering
  • Spray with a 3% hydrogen peroxide solution
